Escrow mechanism

USDC locks in EscrowVault at COMMITTED, releases at SETTLED, holds during DISPUTED with $1 USDC bond per AIP-14. INV-30 locks dispute-bond-bps per transaction so in-flight disputes are immune to admin parameter changes.

Fee model

1% platform fee with a $0.05 USDC minimum (MIN_FEE), both enforced on-chain since V3 mainnet redeploy. Platform-fee BPS capped at 500 (5%) by kernel constant. AIP-5 locks per-transaction rates.
